Deposits and Balance Payments-
A deposit of $250.00 is due within
15 days of making your reservation. The
balance of the camp price is due 30 days before the camp start date.
If your reservation is made within 30 days of the camp start date, the
full price is due with your reservation.
Cancellations
All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Cancellations received before full payment is due will receive a refund of all amounts paid less a $40.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 60-30 days of the camp start will receive a refund of amounts paid less the deposit of $250.00 ($40.00 if spot is filled). Cancellations within 30 days of the camp start will receive a refund of amounts paid in excess of 50% of the camp price (all but $40.00 if spot is filled).
